It’s been two years since The Motel Life ‘s debut full-length, Retreat, came out to positive reviews. Much has changed since that release for this relatively young indie-rock band. Between sharing the stage with their idols in fun. and heading out on three self-funded tours, the band is back with their most ambitious material to date. After playing hundreds of shows and going through some turbulent times, the band is a little older and a little wiser. With the release of Those Bruises, the most recent EP, The Motel Life is beginning the next stage as a band by sticking to the DIY ethics that made the group what it is today. Loaded with an ambition to make their music heard, the members of The Motel Life are set to take over the music scene.
