What one piece of equipment do you use to obtain your signature sound?
Eric: The one piece of equipment that really helps us obtain the sound we want is my Peavey 5150. I think it’s one of the best heads for its price ever made.

What about it makes it so important to you?
Eric: You can go from such an elegant and bright clean tone to a heavy crisp distorted tone without any pedals or any effects.

What are the major pros and cons?
Eric: The pros are that it such a powerful head and the tones are amazing and the cons are that it breaks all the time and the tubes are always blowing out.

How long have you used this piece of equipment and would you ever change it?
Eric: I have had this piece of equipment since 2 months after I joined Maker. I might get a different head one day but I would never sell or giveaway my 5150.

Any final thoughts or comments on the gear?
Eric: Having good equipment can really define a band. They can be amazing and have great equipment and they will sound amazing, or they can sound like shit and have great equipment and then you know what kinda band they really are.
