Post metal artisans Solstafir have debuted their new video “Fjara” online.
Post metal artisans Solstafir have debuted their new video “Fjara” exclusively HERE. A woman’s final journey is the focus for this seven plus minute clip in which Iceland’s beautiful landscape provides the backdrop. The video features Icelandic singer/actress Rebekka Kolbeinsdóttir and was captured by director Bowen Staines (Minus, Rokkurro) and co-director Gunnar “Gussi” Guðbjörnsson (Sleepless In Reykjavik).
“Fjara” is taken from the band’s critically acclaimed new double album ‘Svartir Sandar’ (Season Of Mist October 2011). The album reached #12 in the Icelandic album sales charts and in broke the top 50 on the Finnish national charts.
