MUTEMATH Premiere “Blood Pressure” Music Video Online

The video for “Blood Pressure,” the debut single from rock innovators Mutemath premieres today at this location. The New Orleans band, who received a “Best Short Form Music Video” Grammy nomination in 2007 for their single “Typical,” conceived, coordinated and shot the “Blood Pressure” clip in less than 24 hours. It was edited entirely by drummer Darren King.

The video for “Blood Pressure,” the debut single from rock innovators Mutemath premieres today at this location. The New Orleans band, who received a “Best Short Form Music Video” Grammy nomination in 2007 for their single “Typical,” conceived, coordinated and shot the “Blood Pressure” clip in less than 24 hours. “Blood Pressure” is the first single off Mutemath’s new album ‘Odd Soul’, due out October 4th on Teleprompt/Warner Bros. Records. ‘Odd Soul’, which was produced and engineered by the band, is the follow-up to 2009’s ‘Armistice’, which debuted at No. 3 on Billboard’s Digital Albums and Alternative Albums chart, No. 4 on the Rock chart, and No. 18 on the Top 200 album chart.

Mutemath are currently previewing songs off ‘Odd Soul’ on a nationwide headlining tour and will be performing on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on release day, October 4th.
