Burn Halo – “Up From The Ashes” [Album Review]
Up From The Ashes is the newest release from modern rock band Burn Halo. I think this is a big step forward for the group and their maturity and experience are evident in the songwriting and performances found on this record. The riffs are bigger and faster, the production is fantastic and to me this seems more like a modern metal album than a hard rock record, like their previous release was.

The growth is even apparent in the lyrics as well which deal with everything from inner struggles with yourself to losing someone you love, to finding strength to keep pushing; songs about things we have all gone through in life. Fans will be able to relate to this CD on a lot of different levels. At the end of the day I feel that Up From The Ashes is a record that is worth checking out.
