WEEDEATER Premiere New Track Today; New Tour Dates Added

Today the fine folks at BrooklynVegan have posted a brand new track from Weedeater’s upcoming new full-length ‘Jason…The Dragon for the public’s recreational enjoyment. The raging anthem “Mancoon” can be heard at THIS LOCATION, so put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Weedeater will also launch the previously announced five-week US tour in support of ‘Jason…The Dragon’ later this month, splitting support between ASG on the first string of dates, and by Zoroaster for the rest of the trek. Just this week the tour grew three dates longer, with brand new dates being confirmed for Chico, California, Tempe, Arizona and Panama City Beach, Florida. The tour also includes a return trip to SXSW in Austin, Texas.

‘Jason…The Dragon’ will be unleashed on March 15, 2011 via Southern Lord Recordings.
