DEW-SCENTED Premiere New Video and Announce Touring Guitarist

German thrashers Dew-Scented have premiered the video for the track, “Arise From Decay,” from 2010’s acclaimed ‘Invocation’, out on Prosthetic in North America, Spiritual Beast in Japan and Metal Blade in Europe. Check out the video now, exclusively at THIS LOCATION.

Vocalist Leif Jensen commented, “While we spent a good amount of time on the European roads in 2010 promoting the release of the newest Dew-Scented album ‘Invocation,’ we figured it would be a good idea to collect live footage and have some of it presented to our global supporters. We chose the album’s opening ‘Arise From Decay’ for the clip as this track has become an important and very energetic piece of our current live-set. We are about to embark on a 4-week European tour with Nile and Melechesh later this month, so we hope to see some of you out there…Let’s make it a heavy new year 2011!”

In other D-S news, the band, who announed the departure of guitarist Martin Walczak last week, have named Michael Hankel (ex-Erosion, Holy Moses) as the touring rhythm guitarist for their upcoming European tour supporting Nile. “We have known ‘Michi’ for several years now, and are certain he will complement the band in a great way for the upcoming shows.”
