I See Stars captured the hearts of America’s youth in 2010 on Warped Tour and a highly acclaimed run with A Day To Remember, but refusing to rest of their laurels the band will enter the studio on Monday to start tracking the long awaited follow-up to their groundbreaking 3D release. That album strayed away from all the musical cliches blending all musical genres to set the bar for a new unique sound. Since there has been a surplus of “electronica/hardcore” music as of late, the pages will be turned once again, and new eyes will be opened, to bands and fans alike.

A new video for the track, “The Common Hours,” was recently shot by director Andrew Pulaski and the clip perfectly captures the essence of the band’s unhinged live energy. The video can be seen now exclusive on the Alternative Press website, so click HERE to check it out.

This Detroit based sensation will take a break from recording this fall as they will embark on a quick touring stint with We The Kings in late. October, which will lead into a November trek with Forever The Sickest Kids and Runner Runner. Be sure to head over now to www.myspace.com/iseestars to view their complete touring schedule.

I See Stars have shared the stage with some of the scene’s more popular acts such as The Devil Wears Prada (Rise Records), August Burns Red (Solid State Records), Between the Buried and Me (Victory Records) Alesana (Fearless Records) and Sky Eats Airplane (Equal Vison Records).

In 2011, I See Stars will further cement their status as visionaries of the genre and gain legions of new diehard followers.
