Abigail Williams have posted the song “Final Destiny of the Gods,” the first new song from their anticipated second album ‘In the Absence of Light’ to their official MySpace page. Fans can have their first listen by visiting www.myspace.com/abigailwilliams.

Recorded at Conquistador Studios in Cleveland, Ohio, ‘In the Absence of Light’ was mixed by Peter Tagtgren (Dimmu Borgir, Immortal, Celtic Frost) and features artwork by Farron Kerzner (Nachtmystium, Lightning Swords of Death). The album presents new band members, guitarist Ian Jekelis and drummer Ken Bedene, alongside vocalist and guitarist Sorceron.

Several weeks ago the band announced the first tour in support of the album. Kicking of September 29, the band will perform alongside Immolation, Vader with Lecherous Nocturne and Pathology for four weeks. Confirmed dates are below. Tickets are on sale now.
