SCAR SYMMETRY Premiere New Video Clip On MySpace

The new video clip for the song “Ascension Chamber”, by Swedish progressive melodic death metallers Scar Symetry, can now be streamed via the bands MySpace profile. Check it out below.

Commented guitarist Per Nilsson: “A spiritual entity that originates from the sun travels through the solar system, destination: the earth. That’s the basic concept of the song ‘Ascension Chamber’. So when we decided to do a video for it, we knew we had to set it in space!

We shot the video on the 25th of October with director Ronny Hemlin, only two days before we went on the Neckbreakers Ball tour with Behemoth, DevilDriver and Arsis. We performed ‘Ascension Chamber’ every night on tour and it’s one of those songs that just works really well live. It’s a keeper on the setlist for sure.”

“Ascension Chamber” comes off the bands latest effort ‘Dark Matter Dimensions’ out now on Nuclear Blast Records.
